STORAGE

I store your personal data as long as it is necessary for the purpose mentioned:

● In connection with newsletters: As long as a given consent to receive marketing has not been withdrawn and I am not obliged to store the personal data, e.g. in connection with a legal obligation.

● In connection with the purchase of services or products: In connection with the delivery of my products and services, I will store your personal data for up to 6 years after the end of the customer relationship in accordance with the Accounting Act, unless there are special reasons for storing the information in a longer period, such as because you have access to an online product you have purchased.

● In general, personal data regarding general inquiries from unregistered customers will be deleted after 1 year, unless there are special reasons to store the information for a longer period.

BUY AT LONE ALLISON

Purchase of online products in English only permitted for persons over 21 years of age.

Rights to all products belong to Lone Allison, and it is not permitted to forward, resell or otherwise publish all or part of the material without prior written permission. Quotation only with prior written permission.

The purchase of products follows the Marketing Act. All prices are listed in DKK including VAT, unless otherwise stated. All prices are daily prices and only valid on the day of the order. The prices change continuously. The buyer will be invoiced at the price applicable on the day of the order.

PAYMENT VIA INVOICE

Payment for sessions and consultations takes place online via credit card, mobile pay or via invoice, valid for both personal and corporate consultations and sessions no later than 7 days after taking place.

If the payment is not due on time, you will receive a reminder email.

Installment payment of sessions is not possible.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you cancel your purchase of online products and courses within 14 days, Lone Allison will refund the full amount received, with the exception of the following:

Digital products: When purchasing digital products, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies until you log in for the first time and can thereby use and download the product. After that, the right of cancellation expires.

With digital products that are immediately granted access to or delivered immediately by mail after purchase, there is no right of withdrawal.

There is no right of withdrawal on the purchase of soul readings and sessions.

RESPONSIBILITY

Purchase and use of all online material is not permitted for persons under the age of 21 and persons with psychiatric diagnoses

The undersigned and Allison Gratefully disclaim all responsibility for any unintended consequences - immediate or later, when using online material.

When purchasing and using online material from Allison Gratefully, age restrictions are accepted and it is accepted that all use of the material is at your own risk.

CONDITIONS OF THE COURSE AND GROUP FORUM

In order to protect everyone's privacy and make Allison's online groups (for example, closed and/or secret Facebook groups) an uplifting and enjoyable environment, with relevant content, the following rules apply:

It is not permitted to contact other participants uninvited, outside the group. Neither in private nor business terms.

There is a duty of confidentiality regarding sensitive personal information for all members of groups and secret Facebook groups, so that all participants can feel safe.

It is not permitted to advertise, link to or otherwise unsolicited mention of your own or others' websites with sales content, products or events. Links to own commercial Facebook pages are also not permitted.

It is not permitted to invite other participants into your own or others' Facebook groups or similar communities.

Profile name/Username and signature must not contain references to company names, websites, products or other commercial content.

It is not permitted to share posts from or links to, websites, blogs, Facebook pages, etc., with commercial content.
